Russian Railways, Siemens sign cooperation memorandum
MOSCOW, November 25 (RIA Novosti) – Russia's railroad monopoly Russian Railways (RZD) and Germany's Siemens signed a 5-year cooperation memorandum Friday, the RZD news service said.
