PACE delegates arrive in Chechnya

GROZNY, November 26 (RIA Novosti) – A group of PACE representatives has arrived in Chechnya prior to parliamentary elections due on Sunday. Saturday, PACE delegates are to meet with Chechen President Alu Alkhanov and Election Commission Chairman Ismail Baikhanov.
