Foreign Ministers expected to decide on OSCE reform - official

MOSCOW, December 2 (RIA Novosti) – The decision to launch the reform of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) is expected to be made at a session of the organization's foreign ministers in Ljubljana, Slovenia, December 5–6, the Russian Foreign Ministry said Friday.
