Khabarovsk has potable water reserves for 4 days - ministry

MOSCOW, December 2 (RIA Novosti) – Four-day reserves of potable water have been created in Khabarovsk in Russia's Far East due to the possible contamination of the Amur River after an accident at a petrochemicals plant in northeastern China on November 13, the Emergency Situations Ministry said Friday.
