Russian subsidiary of Banca Intesa may buy Ukrainian bank

MOSCOW, December 2 (RIA Novosti) – Intesa, the Russian subsidiary of Banca Intesa, one of Italy's largest banks, plans to buy a major Ukrainian bank before the end of 2005, the head of Intesa's board said Friday.
