Putin signs law ending foreign passport duties in Kaliningrad

MOSCOW, December 6 (RIA Novosti) – President Vladimir Putin signed Tuesday a law relieving citizens in Kaliningrad, a Russian exclave on the Baltic Sea, from paying duties on the issuance of passports for foreign travel, the Kremlin press service said.
