More dead fowl found in southern Russia

ROSTOV-ON-DON, December 9 (RIA Novosti, Ilya Livada) — Veterinary authorities in the Astrakhan Region in southern Russia have discovered another 17 dead wild fowl in the past 24 hours, a local official said Friday. The representative from the Emergency Situations Ministry said that 525 wild birds had died in the region since November 17.
