URGENT: Russia firmly intends to switch to market relations with Ukraine

MOSCOW, January 3 (RIA Novosti) – Russia firmly intends to switch to market relations with Ukraine based on European gas and gas transit prices, Prime Minister of Russia Fradkov said Tuesday in a message to the European Union.
