Russian Delegation to Visit Iran for Talks on Nuclear Program
A high-level Russian delegation will visit Tehran this week to discuss Moscow's compromise proposal on the Islamic republic's nuclear program. Moscow has suggested allowing Iran to conduct uranium enrichment in Russia, giving it access to the nuclear fuel cycle while guaranteeing its nuclear program is for peaceful purposes only.
