Moscow regrets Iran's refusal to stop uranium enrichment

MOSCOW, September 1 (RIA Novosti) – Russia regrets Iran's refusal to comply with a UN resolution to stop its uranium enrichment program, a Foreign Ministry spokesman said Friday.
