Russia Mulls Lower Aircraft Import Tariffs in Wake of August Crash

Russian Transportation Ministry will recommend it to the government to ease import tariffs on foreign aircraft in an effort to improve aviation safety, <i>Vedomosti</i> business daily reported on Friday, Sept. 1.
