Arrested Russian servicemen in Tbilisi handed over to OSCE

TBILISI, October 2 (RIA Novosti) – Four Russian servicemen arrested in Georgia last week on spying charges have been handed over to representatives of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
