Georgia to hand over arrested Russians to OSCE

TBILISI, October 2 (RIA Novosti) – Four Russian officers arrested by Georgia on spying charges will be handed over to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, President Mikheil Saakashvili's administration said Monday.
