Russian nuclear chief speaks on Tianwan NPP construction

LIANYUNGANG (China), October 2 (RIA Novosti) – Russia will start building the third and fourth power units of the Tianwan nuclear power plant in China after the first and second units are launched, the country's nuclear chief said Monday.
