Russian Property Developer Sistema-Hals Plans $2 Billion IPO in Moscow, London
Sistema-Hals, one of Russia's largest property development companies, said on Friday, Oct. 6, that it will list in Moscow and London this autumn. The company expects that the listing will see it valued at over $2 billion.
