Anatoly Lisitsyn re-elected Yaroslavl Region governor
MOSCOW, November 2 (RIA Novosti) – Anatoly Lisitsyn, the incumbent governor of the Yaroslavl Region on the Volga River, 170 miles northeast of Moscow, was re-elected for the post Thursday by the local legislature following his nomination by President Vladimir Putin October 31, a regional official said.
