Russia Won't Intensify Oil Production for Another 8-10 Years - IEA

It will take Russia another 8–10 years before it can significantly intensify its oil production, the deputy executive director of the International Energy Agency William Ramsey said on Wednesday, Nov. 1. Ramsey was referring to new oil projects in Eastern Siberia.
