A former Russian spy and fierce critic of Russian President Vladimir Putin is fighting for his life in a London hospital after an apparent bid to kill him by poisoning.

On Sunday, Nov. 19, Russia and the United States signed the terms of the WTO accession deal. Russia remains the only large economy not included in the 149-state trading body. The country has been negotiating entry to the WTO for the last 13 years.
