EBRD to issue Georgia $10 mln to rebuild power plant

TBILISI, December 1 (RIA Novosti) – The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development could give Georgia $10 million in 2007 on efforts to rebuild the Caucasus state's largest hydropower plant, the finance minister said Friday.
