Russia Won't Limit Foreign Participation in Banking Sector

Russia has no plans to limit foreign participation in its banking sector in the next five years, the country's Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin said on Thursday, Nov. 30. However, Russia continues to block foreign banks from opening direct branches in the country.
