Russia's Gazprombank registers $1.3 bln additional share issue

MOSCOW, December 1 (RIA Novosti) – Russia's Central Bank said Friday it had registered an additional private share issue by Gazprombank, a subsidiary of Russian energy giant Gazprom [RTS: GAZP], worth $1.3 billion at the asking price.
