Russia's Stabilization Fund hits $83.2 billion as of December 1

MOSCOW, December 1 (RIA Novosti) – Russia's Stabilization Fund totaled almost 2,190 billion rubles ($83.21 billion) as of December 1, 2006, the Finance Ministry said Friday.
