Fire at Moscow Hospital Kills 45 Women
A fire broke out in a women's ward of a Moscow drug treatment hospital early Saturday, killing 45 women trapped by barred windows and a locked gate. Chief fire inspector said he was "90 percent certain" that the fire was caused by arson".

British Channel 4 Commissions Litvinenko Drama
Channel 4 has commissioned a television drama about the poisoning of the former Russian spy Alexander Litvinenko. The programme will be written and directed by Peter Kosminsky, who also directed army drama Warriors and The Project, about the rise of New Labour.
