Russia to Join WTO by End of July 2007 - Chief Negotiator

Russia is "highly" likely to join the World Trade Organization by the end of July 2007, the country's chief negotiator Maxim Medvedkov told <i>Interfax</i> news agency on Wednesday, Jan. 3.
