Weather hampers rescue of fishermen on drifting Baikal ice

KRASNOYARSK, January 3 (RIA Novosti) – Poor weather conditions in the Siberian region of Irkutsk are hampering a rescue operation for a group of fishermen reported stranded on drifting ice in Lake Baikal, regional emergencies officials said Wednesday.
