Death toll rises to 15 in Baku building collapse

BAKU, September 2 (RIA Novosti) – Rescuers in Baku, Azerbaijan's capital, pulled out the body of one more worker from the rubble of a collapsed multi-story building on Sunday, bringing the death toll to 15.
