Seoul hails N. Korean readiness to fold nuke program by year-end

TOKYO, September 3 (RIA Novosti) – South Korea welcomes an agreement between Washington and Pyongyang to shut down the North Korean nuclear program by the end of 2007, the South Korean presidential administration said Monday.
