Dollar down 7.09 kopeks, euro up 9.86 kopeks - Central Bank

MOSCOW, October 1 (RIA Novosti) – The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from October 2 is 24.8784 rubles, down 7.09 kopeks from Monday, the Central Bank said.
