Dollar up 3.09 kopeks, euro down 7.31 kopeks - Central Bank

MOSCOW, October 2 (RIA Novosti) – The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from October 3 is 24.9093 rubles, up 3.09 kopeks from Tuesday, the Central Bank said.
