Tanker wreck causes fuel oil spill in southern Russia
MOSCOW, November 11 (RIA Novosti) – More than 1,000 metric tons of fuel oil have spilled into the Sea of Azov after a tanker broke apart during a storm in southern Russia, the Transport Ministry said on Sunday.
