Judge prosecuted for suspending Yushchenko's early poll decree
The Kiev Prosecutor's Office has launched a criminal case against a Kiev judge who ruled to suspend the Ukrainian president's decree on dissolving parliament and calling early parliamentary elections, Ukraine's Unian agency reported Sunday.
