After reading the Novosti story “N.Korea prepares ballistic test,boosts military on west coast,” I became very alarmed. Let all nations work together to counter this dangerous North Korean threat. America has been most lax in this regard: they have wasted much time. The Americans could have supplied the South Koreans, Taiwan and Japan with their own ballistic missiles and nuclear warheads; also, America could have had Patriot ABM batteries installed to help neutralize any threat posed by these unstable and crazy North Korean leaders.
