Denounced Memorial rights organization hails change of tune by Chechnya's Kadyrov
The Memorial Rights Organization is open for dialogue with the authorities of Russia's North Caucasus Republic of Chechnya, Memorial's head Oleg Orlov told Ekho Moskvy FM station.
